1.3.1. Obtaining the sample applications

Depending on your SDK installation method, the sample applications may be obtained in one of two ways.

1.3.1.1. APT-based installation

If you have installed the pxsdk-dev package from our public APT repository (see APT-based Installation), the sample applications are available via the pxsdk samples command.

To create a directory containing ready-to-build sample applications, run the following command:

pxsdk samples

To see available options, including how to specify a different output directory, run pxsdk help.

1.3.1.2. Installation from an SDK release archive

After extracting the Proximie SDK archive, the included samples can be found in the samples directory.
